Arrive at the Grand Canyon National Park Airport at least 30 minutes prior to your flight time.
No-show reservations will be canceled if the passenger has not checked in at least 45 minutes before flight time.
Those under 15 years of age cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older.
Passengers exceeding 299 lbs (135.91kg / 21.36 stone) in weight will be charged a fee for an additional comfort seat.
In the event of an increased price of aviation fuel, a per-person fuel surcharge may apply.

What to bring

All guests booked on a tour must have government-issued forms of identification.
Wear layered clothing from March to September, and winter clothing should be worn from October to mid-March.
Comfortable, sturdy, toe-covering shoes are a must to handle rough terrain. Sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended.
You may bring a bottle of water; however, the bottle is not allowed to be opened on the aircraft.

What's not allowed

Passengers under the age of 15 cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+ years of age).
The use of ‘Selfie Sticks’ and extending camera poles is strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft.

Accessibility

Facilities: Lift or boarding ramp, collapsible wheelchair accessibility.
If using a motorized wheelchair, please notify staff if it operates with a wet or dry battery at the time of booking.

Additional information

For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing 300 pounds or more will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
