Gia was an awesome tour guide and Michael was a great driver. The sights were amazing and we would very much encourage everybody to do the helicopter and boat tour. Going down into the grand canyon will get you some of the beat pictures youll have.
It was on time. Driver Robert and tour guide April were great.
Pretty solid tour, but kinda felt rushed at each stop. Our guide was nice (can’t remember his name, sorry!), but I would’ve liked more time to just chill and take in the views. Lunch was okay (sandwich was a bit soggy), but the whole thing ran on time. Good for first-timers, I guess.
Fun tour and super organized, but ngl, the weather was just brutal. 44C and the AC on the bus was fighting for its life. Our guide Laila kept us laughing though, and the Grand Canyon was EPIC, even if I sweated like crazy. PRO TIP: bring extra water, and don’t expect gourmet food. Still, worth it for the views!
Robert and Chris made the whole trip feel like an inside joke you’re lucky to be in on. Every time something popped up (like the AC being a lil funky), they just rolled with it—fixed up everything soooo quick. Food at the end was actually good (cookies = DELISH), and the juice after a hot day? I felt like I’d won a prize. Bring a hat if it’s August, it gets real toasty but the stops are spaced out nicely. Would 100% do this again with these guys.
Had a BLAST with Robert and Chris. They made the (long) drive feel like a road trip with friends. Cookies at the end were a life saver. Would book again in a heartbeat!
Went with my wife and two kids (ages 8 and 12). Laila is such a LEGEND, made sure everyone was comfy and even helped my youngest with her sunhat. Bus stops had clean bathrooms (thank goodness), and the snacks at the end made my kids’ day. Not cheap, but honestly… you get what you pay for here.
I’m not usually a tour person, but this one surprised me. The stops were spaced out just right, and the group was small enough we didn’t feel like cattle. Our guide, Bob, was super chill and knew all the good photo spots. Bring your own snacks if you’re picky tho.
Decent tour. My friend and I enjoyed the guide’s stories (some were a little cheesy, but in a good way). The Canyon is as beautiful as everyone says. Warning: lots of people at the view points, so if you want empty pics, go early. Juice at the end was a nice touch!
The tour was really good, but the lunch was kinda bland. Guide was enthusiastic and the bathroom stops were a relief! Could’ve done with a comfier bus, but no real complaints otherwise.
Kevin is a STAR! Our group had people from everywhere and he managed to keep everyone happy somehow. The Canyon itself is breathtaking, but Kevin’s random trivia made it even better. Bring sunscreen—the sun is no joke.
Went solo and ended up chatting with everyone—felt like a big family by the end. Our guide, Kevin, kept us all laughing and didn’t mind my million questions. The views? Insane. Worth every cent.
Brilliant tour! We had to switch plans last minute because of weather, but the team made sure we still saw some stunning parts of the Canyon. Loved how they handled everything.
It was okay. The itinerary was packed so I felt a bit rushed, but the guide was smart and handled all the little hiccups. Next time I’d maybe rent a car for more flexibility.
Best day out I’ve had in ages. The bus was comfy and clean, and the guide gave us just enough info without overloading us. No complaints—would recommend!
I’m vegetarian and the team made sure I had options (scrambled egg croissant—yum!). The guide was so friendly and made sure nobody felt left out. Thanks for a great day!
Good tour, not perfect. The drinks weren’t included (except water), so bring extra cash for juice/coffee. Otherwise, it was smooth and fun.
Fun day but loooong. The pickup was exactly on time, which I appreciated. Would have liked a bit more time at the main lookout but overall solid.
Went with my dad and brother. The guide, Curty, was sooooo funny—kept us entertained the whole drive. Views were out of this world. Wouldn’t change a thing.
Had a fantastic time! Curty was hilarious and super knowledgeable, and I loved that he remembered everyone’s names. Food was surprisingly tasty. Would go again.
Not bad, but not amazing either. The bus was packed and I had to sit in the middle. Couldn’t see out the windows much. Still, the Canyon is something else.
Everything about this trip was smooth. Pickup was punctual, the guide was a delight, and I got some of the best photos ever. Make sure your camera is charged!
Loved every minute. Our guide (forgot her name, sorry!) made sure everyone was hydrated and happy. Snacks at the end = chef’s kiss.
Good trip for families. Lots of bathroom stops, which is a plus with kids! The guide explained everything clearly, but expect crowds at the main viewpoints.
Went with my bestie and we had the BEST time. The guide made us laugh, the snacks were yummy, and we got a ton of photos. Very fun day out!

I loved the view of the canyon. The experience was better than I expected.
My whole family went and all ages loved it. My 7yo was terrified at first but the pilot let him sit up front (with me) and now he’s obsessed with helicopters. Boat ride was super peaceful. Will be talking about this for YEARRRS.
Went with my best friend and we took a billion selfies. Pilot was chill, let us ask a ton of questions. Views = mindblowing. Boat driver had a playlist going, made the trip even more fun.
Still grinning from this experience. My friend and I screamed when we dipped into the canyon! Boat ride was relaxing. Staff were super chill.
Absolutely breathtaking. Got lucky with perfect weather. Crew went above + beyond to make us feel special. HIGHLY recommend!
Not gonna lie, I was super nervous about the helicopter but WOW. It was smoother than I expected and the views just blew my mind. Went with my bf - he took about a million pics lol. The pilot was kinda quiet but did answer a few of our questions. The pontoon boat ride after was suuuper chill, our guide cracked a few silly jokes. Bring a hat, the sun was STRONG. Would def do it again.
Came solo, made friends on the pontoon! Helicopter ride was one of those pinch-me moments. The guide on the river told us some wild stories about the canyon’s history. I got some killer photos (no pics allowed inside heli tho). Bit of a wait at the end, but worth every second.
Did this with my two besties and we all agreed – worth every penny. Helicopter was smooth, and our boat guide was so funny. Take sunscreen!!
Took my three teens and my husband – they all LOVED it, even the one who’s scared of flying. The pilot made a few jokes and pointed out some weird rock shapes. My youngest said it was the coolest thing he’s ever done. Pack sunscreen!
WOW, just wow. My partner and I are still talking about it days later. Crew were super friendly, and the river guide let us take silly pics. Worth every penny!
Gorgeous views, friendly crew. The check-in could be smoother (felt a bit rushed), but everything else was spot on. Bring your own snacks if you get hangry!
Took my parents and my little bro, everyone LOVED it. Staff were super patient, made sure my dad (bad back) was comfy. Views from the heli = insane. River was sooo peaceful.
Heli ride was short but EPIC. Boat ride was longer than I expected and the guide was super knowledgeable. A bit of a wait at the start but they were handing out water and checking in on people. Would recommend!
A once in a lifetime experience. I was so scared at first but the pilot put me at ease. Views are INSANE. Boat ride was the cherry on top.
Best birthday EVER. My brother and I surprised our mom with a trip and she legit cried happy tears when the helicopter dipped into the canyon. The river was crazy blue. Our pilot, Kelly, pointed out little caves and we spotted a hawk. Snacks at the waiting area were a nice touch. Protip: bring ur own camera, the official pics are $$.
I was freaking out before the flight but the crew made me feel so safe. Our group was mixed (some kids, some older folks) and everyone got a window seat at least once. The canyon from above is something you can’t even describe. Boat trip was short but sweet. Can’t recommend enough.
Honestly one of the coolest things I’ve ever done. My girlfriend and I kept looking at each other like – is this real? If you’re scared of heights, just don’t look out until you’re ready. The river was GLORIOUS, so calm. Staff were friendly.
Still can’t believe we did this! Our family of 4 had the best day. Heli ride was so smooth, boat guide was entertaining. Bring a hat and water.
Just WOW. I’ve never been in a helicopter before so was a bit nervous, but the takeoff was so smooth I barely noticed. The moment we dipped into the canyon I just stared in disbelief. Guide on the river was full of cool facts. Don’t miss this if you get the chance!
This was honestly the highlight of our trip. Everything was so organized, and the staff were super friendly. The views? UNREAL!!!
What a day! Took my mum and she was in tears (happy ones). Boat guide let us take pics with the river in the background. Pilot was so chill. Would do again.
The ride itself? UNREAL. Getting there was stressful though, cos our shuttle was late and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Once in the helicopter, all good. We lucked out and got front seats. Boat ride was nice but short. If you’re scared of heights…maybe don’t look straight down!

The helicopter trip was absolutely amazing and the staff were fantastic. Our only issue was that we never received any update about pick up times/details from our hotel so were under the assumption the package started at 0800 (4hr package for 70min flight with no other times stipulated). It turns out that 0800 was our flight time, so we missed our pick up and nearly missed the experience! Not sure why we never received any confirmation of the pick up time, but that definitley needs to be rectified for future guests.
This was the highlight of our Las Vegas holiday. Everything went as planned, no hitches & even the weather was ideal. We took an early morning flight, and after being picked up at the time specified from our hotel we were taken to our helicopter. We met our knowledgeable pilot, learned so much from him. Fantastic trip!
This is a great way to see the canyon we did the helicopter ride over the hoover damn and grand canyon and got a free upgrade wirh a picnic! Do not try and buy or get sucked in from the people on the streets or in the shops do your research these guys are the best and best priced all taxes included and transport too and from your airport Bruce our pilot was fantastic great fun knowledgable and great to my sis who wasn't great at flying! Highly recommended
Got to see the Hoover Dam and the Strip from the air. BEST TRIP EVERRR! Their service is prompt and professional, no complaints about this whatsoever.
We took a tour of the Grand Canyon with Papillon during our visit to Las Vegas. We'd never been to the Grand Canyon before, and this was DEFINITELY the way to see it! The pilot was super friendly and explained everything that was happening and what we were seeing, and she had a great sense of humor, made the ride really fun. Got to see Lake Meade and the Hoover Dam from above as well as views of the canyon that we never would have gotten any other way. Wonderful experience!
Highly recommend the helicopter tour, got up early and did the 7am one!! Well worth it and wasn't hot at all. IT WAS AWESOMEEE.
This is the best option to see the grand canyon and las vegas strip, the guide was polite and helped us out with everthing. Their service was 100% first class.
Booked this trip for my 30th birthday, had a great time with our pilot who was immensely skilled, professional and courteous. Looking down at the grand canyon sights below was a perfect way to celebrate my birthday.
Totally worth every penny spent!!! We were picked up from our hotels and taken to the terminal . we were given safety reminders and boarded the helicopter. The views were surreal
Hopping on the chopper was the best experience of my life. I am usually a little giddy up in the air, but the pilot and co-pilot were super friendly and helped distracting me.
This came as a gift from my wife and was perhaps one of the best evenings of my life. Thank you Headout for the hassle-free process.
When you're flying past the Canyon, all you're going to do is marvel at the beauty of the place. There's literally nothing else we could think of apart from that!
Don't forget to get off the helicopter at the grand Canyon and take some breathtaking shots, the lighting is surprisingly good down there
I suffer with vertigo and travel sickness and was concerned that I would be uncomfortable during the trip. The trip was just fine because the helicopter was stable and sturdy and I felt really safe. The view was utterly breath-taking and the overall experience was unforgettable.
This is the most fantastic helicopter tours we have attended in a long long time. The pilot was informative, cordial, and funny. We certainly had a great time.
Anyone looking for some breathtaking views, I would stronly recommend that you take the extended flight back and catch a glimpse of the stunning Sin city on your way back!
Honestly, this trip was for me the highlight of my Vegas trip. I really feel buying from here gives you more than what you expect from the trip.
What's the most American things you've ever done? Rode on a damn Helicopter across Grand Canyon, y'all! Super cool! Nothing beats this flying experience during my trip.
The Mojave desert and the West Rim was such an exhilarating experience. While the tickets were a little pricey, they were worth every penny
There was actually quite a lot I didn't know about the grand canyon (like how it formed and everything)! The tour guide was very informative
I have a terrible acrophobia. Can't even look down from my balcony. But There was so much to marvel at, that I had no time to fear anything at all.
We have taken many helicopter tours but the one we booked from here was simply amazing. Well managed and organised ; not to forget the incredible views all around!
I would not recommend the "optional landing" extension because it's sort of pointless, you just walk around in the burning sun.

Superb ride, awesome to see the Canyon! Loved it 👍
Experience of a lifetime! We absolutely loved it. Our pilot Jimmy was very entertaining. Fabulous way to end our trip to Las Vegas
The visit was on our bucket list for the past ten years. We flew 15000 miles to have this experience. Truly awesome and very well managed right from the hotel pick up and drop back. A chilling glass of champagne on the floor of the canyon was the icing on the cake
So much fun! My partner and I did this on our last day in Korea. The tour was smooth, our guide knew all the shortcuts to avoid the crowds. Railbike was a blast—def bring water. Loved the little art shops on Nami Island.
Honestly, this tour was SOOO much fun. Went with my girlfriend and we both loved the whole vibe. Our guide, Min, kept cracking jokes the whole time and even helped us find the best spot for ice cream on Nami Island (seriously, pistachio is a win). The railbike part was a bit sweaty but totally worth the views. Got a bit crowded in the afternoon though, so maybe start early if ur not into crowds. Big thumbs up!
Nice tour, group was a bit big but our guide handled it well. Alpacas were adorable. Nami Island had a lot of cool little cafes, which I didn’t expect. Railbike was my favorite part. Wish there was more free time.
This was the best day of our trip! My friends and I booked kinda last minute but it was so well organized. Our guide, Kay, was THE BEST—so patient even when we wandered off to take extra pics. Alpaca World is a must-see if you love animals. The only bad thing? Wish we could have stayed longer.
If you want a day full of surprises, do this tour! I went with my cousins and we had a blast. Guide was super friendly and even helped us pick out souvenirs. The railbike was THE highlight. Pack sunscreen and snacks!
Such a fun day! Went with my mom and we both loved the alpacas. Our guide, Young, was great with kids and adults. Nami Island was crowded but still beautiful. Railbike was the highlight, even though I was nervous at first.
Had the most lovely time! Our guide, Jin, made sure everyone was comfy (she even carried extra water bottles). The ferry to Nami was crowded but fast. Feeding alpacas was a highlight. Railbike was hilarious, especially when my friend almost lost a shoe. 10/10 day.
Unforgettable! Went with my partner for our anniversary. The whole day felt special, from the ferry ride to Nami Island to the goofy photos on the railbike. Lunch spot had decent veggie options too. Our guide Lina organized everything so well, we barely had to think. Highly recommend for couples.
Had the best day! Went with my flatmate and we laughed nonstop. Alpaca World was our favorite, but railbike was a close second. Guide was super helpful.
Went with my two cousins. We laughed so much on the railbike ride, mostly at ourselves. The guide was super energetic, kept everyone together. It was HOT, so bring sunscreen and a hat! Alpaca World had baby alpacas, which was adorable. Will remember this day for a long time.
Fun day! Guide was super patient, even with my chatty kids. Nami Island was packed but still lovely. Railbike was a little scary for my youngest but she ended up loving it.
Loved it. Went with my teenage son and we both smiled the whole day. Weather was HOT but there’s shade on Nami Island. Alpacas were a surprise hit for us. Railbike was harder than it looks, but totally worth it for the breeze and the laughs.
Family trip! My dad, mom, and little sis all enjoyed it. The alpacas were adorable, and our guide even showed us how to feed them without getting slobbered on (lol). The lunch place was a bit pricey but sooo tasty. Railbike was the highlight for my dad. Our bus had WiFi, which my sis was excited about. Would def recommend for families.
Went solo and was a bit nervous at first but the group was super friendly. Our guide Anna explained everything really clearly, I never felt lost. The ferry to Nami Island was short but pretty packed (guess I shoulda expected that in July). Loved the shaded bike trails, but next time I’d bring more water. Def worth it for the scenery alone.
Tour was fine, nothing special. Guide was nice, but felt like we were always on the clock. Alpaca World was the best part for me.
Okay tour. Alpacas were cute, Nami Island was pretty, but not much time at each place. Guide was nice but the group was too big. Would try a smaller group next time.
This tour was everything I hoped for—Nami Island was like a movie set! Our guide, Leo, was so friendly and even remembered everyone’s names. Railbike was hilarious (my friend and I can’t pedal for anything). Bought some random snacks at the island store, highly recommend the honey bread. Such a good day.
What a cool tour! Our guide, Minji, was so friendly and organized. My kids loved the alpacas and the railbike. Nami Island was busy but worth visiting. Bring a camera, you’ll want lots of pics.
Epic day! Our guide Yuna was a LEGEND, seriously. She even sang a bit of BTS on the bus, got everyone hyped. The alpacas were cuter than expected. Railbike was a workout but the scenery made up for it. Bring snacks cause the stops aren’t super long.
Saw all the sights I wanted but the group was pretty big and it got hectic sometimes. Guide did a great job handling everyone though. The railbike track views are legit cool. Next time I’d go on a weekday to avoid the crowds.
Nice tour, well organized. Group was a bit big for my taste, but the guide kept everyone together. Nami Island was lovely, railbike was the best part. Bring snacks!
If you love animals and biking, this is THE trip for you. My wife and I went and had a blast. Our guide, Sun, was super knowledgeable and even told us some local legends about the island. Railbike ride was the highlight, but feeding alpacas was fun too.

This truly was an unforgettable trip! We had the champagne picnic at sunset and would thoroughly recommend it. We enjoyed views of Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam on the way out and sunset on our return. We had approximately 45 minutes in the canyon and enjoyed a picnic and a glass of champagne whilst taking in the magnificent views.
If you like nature then this tour is for you. You get to see the Canyon with the best seat and all of this with a glass of bubbly. When on a date and the picnic and champagne stop at the canyon is so romantic. My date loved it!!!
Amazing views, excellent tour, fabulous guide and delicious champagne picnic. Well worth the money. We will do this tour again, next time it will be at sunset
Apart from the obvious breath taking Grand Canyon. The thing that makes this tour great is the attention to detail, from pick up at our hotel in the stretch limo with friendly driver the professional and attentive pilot and the excellent breakfast in the canyon. Not a cheap tour, but well worth it.
The tour was very organized. We were picked up at our hotel in a limousine. Taken to Papillon headquarters, explained all safety procedures. After that, prepare for an awesome experience were you can see Hoover Dam, all Las Vegas Strip, surroundings, Lake Mead, Virgin River, Colorado River, and the best attraction, Grand Canyon. 100% recommended
Brilliant trip from start to finish, the organization was first class. Erica our pilot was amazing and the Grand Canyon....enough said. Recommended for anyone visiting Las Vegas.
The tour was fantastic from start to finish.. Collected at hotel perfectly on time and returned with no hassle.. The spin in helicopter was awesome to the Grand Canyon floor and a picnic on arrival couldn't ask for better. The views were astonishing. All in all a great trip.
The guide was really good ( Thomas ) i guess this was his name. The pick up arrangements. The help and contact flexibility. The place really amazing and the price is worth
When we whent out with our pilot and we lift of, already it was awasome the rules were clear and he said y hope you and y will have somes good times.? The time we share together, the view was memorable ,the montain ,the colorado river, the history and not the last this is the 15 thing to see in the world it is patrimonial diamond, Now it on my check list. Y recommended you must to it in your life time❤️ Sylvie and Pierre, thanks.
I experienced some difficulties with my booking. My first reservation, although appearing available, was not available from the service provider. We had to reschedule. Also, I wish the options, including departure airfield, had been a little better indicated in the pre-booking menu.
Absolutely spectacular scenery! Would recommend everyone do the tour SItting in the Grand Canyon eating breakfast was so surreal, it really is a once in a lifetime experience.
Had a fantastic tour , Patrick our pilot was great , very informative and just a really nice man . Views are breathtaking, weather was fantastic highly recommend this company and this tour .
Booked this for my fiancé' birthday. Was absolutely brilliant! Everything was well organised from the limo picking us up to checking in and getting us on the helicopter. Our pilot Fred was brilliant very jokey and informative. We were in one of the newer helicopters which was comfortable with big windows so could see no matter where you sat. Had a lovely champagne breakfast when we landed in the cannon. The only negative I have is you have to pay an extra 50 per person when you check in. Think with the amount you pay for the trip anyway this wasn't necessary. But I would strongly reccomend doing this, the views of the strip and cannon are unbelievable. Both of us absolutely loved this trip.
This adventure was AWESOME. I retired 6 years ago, and seeing the Grand Canyon was on my bucket list. This is my far the best way to view the Grand Canyon and I really can tell you how great is was. This is my fourth helicopter tour and it was second to none. Our pilot was excellent and very friendly and informative. If you are thinking about doing it-do it, you will not be disappointed.
Even for a family of five we could fit this tour in our budget, having picked it up from here. No hassles, ultra convenient, simple and quick to book.
The next time you think you cant afford a tour book from here. It is not just cheap but also very easy and quick to get a confirmation.
Amazing trip, i think i can term it as a trip of a lifetime. The Canyon at dusk was jaw dropping, definately recommend it.
AMAZING pictures at sunset and the return trip was very comfortable. I personally loved my pilot because he was very interactive and joyous! Loved every part of this trip, thank you Headout
These tickets are just a tad overpriced for the experience you receive. My champagne was not great and I got dizzy while flying down; definitely not the experience i had in mind
Who could ever dream of enjoying a breathtaking view of the Canyon, and then disembark and enjoy a Grand Canyon champagne picnic with plenty of time to explore.
This would have been a far fetched dream, had i not been able to pick up this deal from Headout and book it right away. An experience for everyone visiting the canyon
We started with being picked up in the limo and ended by being to being dropped off back at our hotel in the limo. The whole experience is just BRILLIANT the whole time.
A damn cool experience of seeing the canyon. We even extended our option to see the Vegas strip from the air. We had an excellent pilot and even the helicopters are very comfortable.
Once you book an experience from here, you will agree it is well worth the money. What an wonderful time i could give my family at the Canyon.
